Here's how to make a Cider Vinegar Sauce
Yeah, I know this is a site about cider vinegar and health but .... hey, we can all do with a treat now and again and this really is a delicious sauce
For Cider Vinegar Sauce You'll need:
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 fresh rosemary sprigs, leaves picked off, stems discarded
120ml white wine
120ml cider vinegar
salt and fresh ground black pepper
Method for Cider Vinegar Sauce:
Using a pestle, pound together the garlic and rosemary in a mortar into a paste. Mix together with the white wine and vinegar and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Warm through and serve with your choice of dish.
