Cider Vinegar Helps You Sleep Well
I first became interested in the benefits of cider vinegar when I was undergoing my breast cancer treatment.
I found that the effects of the chemotherapy - and particularly the high doses of steroids - meant that I simply could not sleep properly. I tossed and turned all night, much to my distress and to the dismay of my husband.
One of the chemotherapy nurses suggested that I try a mixture of cider vinegar and honey disolved in some hot water. I was sceptical at first but to be honest the results were amazing.
I added two teaspoons of clear honey to two teaspoons of cider vinegar and dissolved it all in some warm water. You can adjust the amount of honey and vinegar a bit to suit your needs.
Drinking this just before bed worked wonders and I've rarely had problems sleeping ever since.
