Using Cider Vinegar to Treat Headache
Cider vinegar can be used to treat headache in two ways. It can be taken by mouth diluted in water or it can be taken by inhaling the cider vinegar as steam.
Headaches arise for many reasons and the cause of headache includes stress, allergies, tiredness, and a number of other possible medical reasons.
Although apple cider vinegar cannot be touted as a headache treatment as such - it has been found that some people have slightly more alkaline urine when suffering from a headache and the cider vinegar helps this by bringing the body pH more into balance.
Steam Inhalation - Cider Vinegar
The inhalation of apple cider vinegar can also help clear a headache.
Add four table spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar to boiling water in a big pan, removing it from the stove and carefully inhaling the vapor with a towel over your head to keep the steam from dissipating.
